Kathy McSherry began her real estate career in Las Vegas, Nevada in 2000. Her two years in the resale market under top agent Frank Napoli with Prudential Americana, resulted in top sales agent for volume in her second year. In 2004, Kathy began her career with new home construction. As a sales agent for D.R. Horton, the largest publicly owned new home builder, she always ranked in the top three for total sales and volume within the Las Vegas region. When Kathy relocated to San Diego, California in 2006, she worked for Shea Homes San Diego and received numerous sales achievement awards and managed 88 open escrows for it’s award winning community Origen in Civita, Mission Valley, San Diego. Kathy has sold homes in all price ranges and has had the pleasure of servicing first time home buyers as well as international clients with large financial portfolios.
