Kathy Murphy assisted us with the purchase of our new home as well as the selling of our previous home. Kathy was responsive to all our requests to visit the new home. She was most generous with her time. We went several times before closing and she always accommodated a visit request..
She helped us through the process of selling our previous home which we had owned for 45 years. She was patient, encouraging and always available when we had concerns or questions. We admire her professionalism and recommend her highly as a kind and competent Agent.

Kathy has helped me sell two homes and buy two homes. She knows the market, understands what you want and your budget and is patient. She also will roll up her sleeves and help you get your place ready to sell.

Kathy did a fantastic job for us when we sold our condo and the ensuing home search. She found us a buyer for our condo before we even went on the market, saving us all the headache and worry that would have entailed. She also stuck with us over a months long housing search in what was a very tough market for buyers, sending us listings and touring homes with us until we finally found our present place. I was living in Florida and had been trying to sell my Chicago Gold-Coast condo for nearly two years. I had only received low-ball offers, until I met Kathy. Through her work with showings and open houses, she was able to bring me a reasonable offer very quickly.

We were moving from California so didn't know Chicago well, but she helped us find the perfect neighborhood and vintage building; she was then a calm and experienced fount of advice through both the buying and selling processes.
