Our mother was needing to move with us to Colorado, so we called Weichert, Realtors and got Kathy. She was very accommodating and delightful! She understood the need to have our mother's property sold as soon as possible and she came in, did her job by letting us know what we needed to fix in order to get the price we were looking for. She did a number of Open Houses and before we knew it we were flying to pack things up. I will say, this is a job I would not have!! However, when you find a Real Estate Professional like Kathy, you have found a good Realtor.......Seller from Colorado
