Kathy Pippin

As a Washingtonian, Kathy has lived for more than 30+ years in the DMV area. She has witnessed a lot of changes and growth in the area over the years. She went to a public Arlington high school and then an engineering school in MD. After many years of working in technical sales with technology and satellite companies, she made a career change to a field she loves, which is real estate. As a real estate investor herself and a professional realtor for over a decade, Kathy had the opportunity and pleasure of helping families to buy and sell their properties across Northern Virginia area.

Her sales, negotiation and marketing skills come to play when she helps her clients to sell for highest possible market price, or buy at the lowest possible market price. Kathy's approach is consultative and enjoy strategizing with clients to come up with a plan that works for them. She believes in educating her clients and present them with pros/cons of every situation.
