For a split second, my wife and I considered selling my Dad’s house ourselves. Hot market, houses selling hand over fist. That would have been a mistake.

Suffice it to say, making the decision to work with Kathy was the best decision we made in this house sale. There is a lot of work involved with selling a house but, more importantly, there are decisions to make, negotiations to hold, all while ensuring transactions are right and proper. It is, and should be, a collaborative relationship between the seller and their agent.

There were several times along the journey that my wife and I thanked our lucky stars that we had Kathy in our corner. She was a good partner and I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a realtor.

There were several homes for sale on our street at the time we put ours on the market, which made for some steep competition. However, our home sold first and for full asking price.
