Kathy Rezendes

Helping clients reach their real estate goals with the least possible amount of stress has been Kathy Rezendes’ professional goal since 2001. As a realtor she believes that being a good listener and prioritizing the client's wish list makes all the difference in the outcome. Kathy Rezendes’ clients know that she has the knowledge and experience and the prominent level of integrity needed to navigate every aspect of buying or selling their home. She loves being a realtor because at the end of the transaction there is satisfaction knowing that she has helped clients fulfill a dream of homeownership or move on with confidence to their next adventure.

Kathy Rezendes is a Scituate MA native and together with her husband built their home here in 1982. They raised three daughters who all attended Scituate public schools. Kathy Rezendes is grateful to have lived in such a beautiful coastal town where every day the colors and condition of the ocean changes and she can breathe crisp clean air.
