Kathy Richey has lived and worked in Craven County over 44 years. Her father was stationed at Cherry Point when she was a child and she was raised in Havelock, later moving to New Bern. It has been a great place to raise her sons! Kathy has worked in real estate over 33 years. She started as a paralegal in a real estate law practice then to mortgage banking for a number of years.
