Kathy is nothing short of AMAZING! We're from out of state and did most of our communication digitally leading up to our visit. She created a house portal search fitting our situation. If we found a home we were interested in from the portal, she would go video the home and share with us. She did this numerous times prior to our flight to the valley. Upon our arrival she coordinated 10 house visits for efficient use of our limited time. We found the home we were looking for, but had to be prompt due to over offers. Kathy was super knowledgeable and shared her insight, which helped us seal the deal. Did I mention much of her paper coordination was done electronically while she went on her family vacation. Simply put, Kathy is a 6 on a scale of 1-5. She responds promptly and listened to our unique situation.

Kathy is a Real Estate Professional that goes above and beyond what you would expect from a real estate agent. She is meticulous in details, asked us all the right questions to get the exact property we were looking for. She communicates via email, text and phone calls to keep us in the loop and up to date with the process of our buying experience. After the sale, she was instrumental in providing us with information and contacts to help us get things exactly the way we wanted them. We ran into Kathy at one open house which was a big far reaching for us. We then asked Kathy for the range of available houses of chosen area. Without any hesitation, knowing whether we would have her as our agent, Kathy provided us with the lists and idea, showing us houses the following weekend. And when we found the one we wanted, Kathy managed to close within a week time. At the same time, Kathy listed our house for rent and found a tenant to move in pretty much simultaneously. That wasn't the end. When we decided to sell our rental house following year, Kathy helped us above and beyond by even brought in a cleaning lady, electrician, provided late evening house arrangements for next day showing. Kathy was a wonderful realtor to work with. I met Kathy several years ago and finally had a great opportunity for her to assist me in purchasing not just a new house but the right house for us. She identified properties that were a fit for us and let us know how hot the market has been so we didn't delay too long in our decision making process. She work extremely hard in our negotiations when the sellers agent was very difficult to work with. Kathy worked with her loan company to get the loan processed in a very short time frame which was appealing to the sellers. She welcomed us into our new home with gift cards and a wonderful bottle of wine. I couldn't have been happier with this experience.

I'm a very organized, high expectations kind of person. I have purchased about 5 homes throughout my adult life so I warned Kathy that I will expect a lot if she was my realtor. The thing I liked most is how genuine Kathy is. I always felt she truly cared for my needs and is always looking out for my best interests. She steered us in the right direction all the way. I was a first time home buyer that was skeptical of the service and value I would receive from a real estate agent. However, Kathy changed my mind completely! Kathy is an awesome agent and a great friend. She will ensure you get the home you want at the price you can afford. Kathy was an excellent Realtor for us when selling our parent's home. At our first in person meeting, she came overly prepared and went over all logistics of how the transaction(s) would work. She also did a thorough walk through of our property and made suggestions for things we could change prior to listing in order to maximize profit of the sale.
