Kathy Ross and Berkshire Hathaway team did a fantastic job with selling my mother's house! Kathy was very supportive through the whole process.
Anytime I needed Kathy she was there for me in every way that she could be. If Kathy did not have the answer, she found out the answer from a reliable source. I definitely would recommend Kathy Ross and Berkshire Hathaway for anyone who is looking to sell their home.

My agent, Kathy Ross, gave me incredible service from before the listing through to the end of the process. I was out of the country for most of the process and Kathy made everything easy even so. She took care of minor issues at the house that certainly were not part of her job. She worked up and finalized a legal agreement between the buyer and the neighbors. I have nothing I can think of that she could have done better. Oh yeah, on top of all her professional excellence she is very easy to talk to and authentic and friendly.
