Kathy Spady

Having grown up in Bellevue Nebraska, Kathy Spady is a Florida transplant. She fell in love with the Emerald Coast when she moved here in 2003 and is proud to call it home. She has over 19 years experience in the real estate industry representing buyers, sellers, investors, property owners and renters. Real estate isn't just a job for Kathy, she has personally invested in residential property, land and managed personal rental properties in the Gulf Coast, Alabama, and Ohio areas.

Kathy specializes in military relocations. As the wife of a United States Air Force retired veteran and mother to three active boys, she knows what's important to smoothly relocate your family and understands the needs of military families in times of transitions. Kathy holds the certi?cation of Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Florida Military Specialist (FMS), At Home With Diversity (AHWD). Kathy is an active member of the National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, and Navarre Area Board of Realtors. Kathy served a 2 year term on the board of directors at the Navarre Area Board of Realtors from 2016-2017.
