Kathy Sparks was our realtor to sell our home in Fairlakes, VA. She was just amazing from the very start. She is very knowledgeable about the housing market in the area, and worked with us every step of the way. Kathy and her assistant, are very easy to work with, and were responsive to all our questions and concerns. Kathy is not only professional but just a very caring person.

Kathy gave us advice on how best to prepare our home for sale, helped with the staging, arranged for a professional photographer session. When prospective buyers visited our home, she followed up with each realtor and provided feedback.

We highly recommend Kathy Sparks for anyone looking for a realtor!

I have been using Kathy for over 15 years and have purchased and sold investment properties through her, also 3 of my children have purchased properties through Kathy, and now my other child is working with her for her first house. I have found her to be the hardest working realtor I have ever used. She has always made time for her clients and does the work for you. Other realtors that I've used in the past have been non responsive and expect us to do all the investigation and then they are available to have you sign the contracts, or there looking for the good investments for themselves or making a fast sale on your listing so they can collect and move on. I would highly recommend Kathy to sell your properties or to purchase one. You won't be disappointed!

We worked with Kathy Sparks to sell our townhouse in Fairfax County and it was a wonderful experience! We met with and interviewed about 5 realtors and went with Kathy and it was a great decision. Not only was Kathy on top of everything and was in constant communication with us but she used her own decor and items to stage our empty house which made all the difference in selling it quickly for top dollar. Can't say enough about Kathy, she knows what she is doing and she was a pleasure to work with!

It was an awesome, pleasant experience working with Kathy. Every step of the way leading up to closing she maintained consistent communication and updates. Although we had a few offers that didn’t go through she continued to maintain a positive attitude, and motivated. Soon enough she found the perfect home and I love it! I recently moved to the area and began my house search back in early Q4 of 2019. I met Kathy through one of her open houses I attended. After the open house she was persistent in following up therefore I decided to sign on with her and the Re-max team throughout my home buying journey. Being a first time home buyer I was new to the process and that alone can be quite intimidating. Throughout the process, she was extremely responsive, proactive, easy to work with, and patient as we looked at over 20 properties together. Kathy Sparks has been my realtor for over 15 years and helped me buy and sell multiple properties. Her knowledge and expertise in the real estate market have made these transactions go smoothly. She is an active member within her community and well known and respected by everyone she deals with. She has also been the realtor for other family members and friends and handled multiple properties for them with both listing and buying new homes. I truly appreciate how honest and trustworthy she is as well as her wide network of connections in the business. I watched her save a deal at the last minute and work her magic with her mortgage contact so that my daughter was able to move into her home on the scheduled day despite the other buyers delay with their lender. I watched her find my friend the perfect house within the very small radius of acceptable locations. She was also able to sell a property that was in need of a major overhaul. She has been highly effective and successful with any and all real estate needs.
