Kathy is an experience professional and was on top of everything with the sale of our house - from the initial meeting right through the complicated closing. She gave us great advice, kept track of everything, and was a pleasure to work with. Moving can be traumatic. Picking up well-established roots and planting them elsewhere while juggling the other aspects of life and maintaining a sense of control calls for professional expertise. I am very happy with Kathy and how she treated me seriously and with respect as an inexperienced first time home buyer. I recently bought a multi-family investment home in Ansonia with her help. I was looped into all of the email correspondence all the time. Being a 1st time home buyer she MADE SURE that not only did every step go without a problem but also that I understood what was going on. When we had a hiccup with financing WITHIN 30 minutes she had me on the phone with another lender that she knew could make the process go seamlessly. She is also a hell of a negotiator :-). The local lawyer and inspector she recommended were great as well.

Kathy works harder than anyone I know as a real estate agent. We used her as our agent, and she blew us away with her knowledge of the market and the area. She was willing to travel and meet us at all hours to ensure we saw everything. One of my favorite days was when she let us see a few houses that she didn't think were a fit but we were determined to see them. She drove us out there and we realized quickly to trust the expert. It's like she knew our taste better than we knew it ourselves! I would recommend Kathy if you are looking to buy and home (or list a home!)
