Let me start by saying that Kathy Thorat is as close to a Saint as you can get. She is beyond caring, beyond thoughtful, generous and the most genuine person that I have ever had the pleasure of working with.

Our case presented her with the most obstacles you could have possibly imagined. We have less than perfect credit, We were picky and had a very narrow focus on where we wanted our home to be. Not to mention we conducted 99% of our conversations while living in Phoenix, Arizona. My wife is a travel nurse which presents it's own set of challenges but Kathy's above average flexibility allowed us to do things like send family to meet with her for viewings, she video chatted and showed us homes and she never made us feel like we were a bother to her or that what we wanted was unobtainable.

We are a young mixed-raced couple so we had issues with feeling as if we were not going to be taken seriously but Kathy always made it known that we were serious buyers and we were not to be taken lightly. She continuously assured us that with faith and prayer the right home would find us.

Kathy provided a sense of comfort and stability during times when we felt defeated if our offer wasn't accepted or we felt like we wasted time viewing a place only to hate it upon arrival. She truly went above and beyond and then some for our family. We are happy to say that we are officially homeowners at the age of 32. We truly believe that without Kathy's knowledge, connections, and go-getter mentality we would not be where we are today. I can truly say we have gained a new family member as she will be invited to any gathering our family is holding. We owe her that much.

Kathy Thorat was extremely professional, polite, and knowledgeable! We were first time homebuyers and she was able to answer all of our questions. She was very patient and cared about us and where we would be living. She wanted what was best for us! She was able to get us the first house we put an offer in! We consider ourselves very lucky with the current market and the fact that we were out of state! Even though we were looking from out of state she was very accommodating and let us view houses virtually. She even came with us to the closing since we were first time homebuyers. She was extremely caring and I knew we were in the right hands! I would highly recommend Kathy if you are looking for a realtor!!
