03/31/2014 - user1529923 Bought a home in 2014 in Brookfield, IL 60513. Kathy was recommend to me from my mortgage broker. She was extremely knowledgeable about the Brookfield, LaGrange, LaGrange Park area. As first time home buyers, my husband and I had lots of questions, and Kathy patiently answered them all. We had some challenges with the sellers' attorney, and Kathy was very persistent in following up and working around any road blocks to make sure we got the house. And, Kathy is honest - she's going to tell you if a house is small for the area or a good deal. I very much appreciate that.
