Kathy’s interest in Real Estate began at a gradual pace: from buyer, to seller, estate executor and investor. It was not until 2018 when Kathy took a leap of faith and left her career in the nonprofit sector to pursue her passion for Real Estate. Kathy’s professional experiences in recruitment, training and volunteer management coupled with her personal Real Estate journey helped create a foundation for success. Initially mentored by Senior Real Estate agents, including Patti Bemowski and Michael Held, Kathy’s goal has always been the same: to serve the Real Estate needs of her clients. This focus, along with her positive, can-do attitude, has allowed Kathy the opportunity to help clients sell and purchase properties within Brown, Outagamie, Calumet, Oconto, Kewaunee, Door and Shawano counties.

Kathy was recognized as the Most Prominent Agent in the first half of 2021, top among 1M real estate agents. In 2022, she was recognized at Coldwell Banker’s annual event with Coldwell’s Pinnacle Club Excellence in Real Estate for sales in excess of $9 million. In 2023, Kathy officially launched her team, Elite4 Real Estate.

In addition to her full-time work as a Realtor, Kathy is also an investor. She and her husband, Jay, purchased their first investment property in 2017, offering long-term housing opportunities to renters. In 2022, Kathy and Jay launched Elite4.Rent, a property management company which provides short-term, fully furnished rental homes for individuals and families staying in the greater Green Bay-area. Kathy and Jay reside in West De Pere and have been married for 30 years. She is the proud mom of two. Her son serves in the Air Force and is currently stationed with his wife in Alaska. He was married in 2022. Kathy’s daughter has been a licensed Realtor since 2020 and earned a degree in Marketing with a Professional Sales emphasis in 2022. She is part of the Elite4 Real Estate team. Kathy's support of nonprofits, World Vision & Compassion International, has also impassioned her to sponsor and regularly communicate with four children, two each from South Africa and Philippines.
