Kathy is a very good realtor, I'm so lucky to have her to be my agent. She is professional, I always can get an answer when I have questions about the purchase processing, the agreement, the fees, and also inspection reports, she even knows roughly how much the repairs will cost.
She is not PUSH, actually she pulled me back when I showed too much attention to an unsuitable house. She encourage us to make a offer to the house that we really like but I thought we can't win the bid. But with her negotiated with listing agent for several rounds, the seller decide to sell the house to us. In the budget. I'm so surprise and happy.
Kathy is also familiar with the loan process, and recommend me a loan agent with a reasonable rate.
We are going to move to new house next week, so exciting.

I am very happy to have Kathy as my agent. Kathy's service is very professional, attentive and caring. I didn’t know and was unfamiliar with the housing market, and she took me along to see the houses I was interested in. She always provided me with very helpful advice and guidance from a professional point of view, and helped me in great details throughout the purchase process of the house. During the process, no matter if I had any problems that arose with the house, she always stood by my side, like as her own family, and was very caring and helpful. Kathy Zhao is a very professional and knowledgeable realtor! She helped my cousin on their first home purchase. She is very familiar with laws and she read the disclosure very carefully! As a realtor, Kathy is extremely on top of her files, not only consistently follow up on the progress with lender, but also diligently help to solve issue when there is a need. Kathy is very detail oriented and does everything to ensure a smooth transaction.
