Katie first and foremost recognizes and values the importance of trust. This she believes is the foundation for any relationship and is established effortlessly by taking the time and dedicating her interest to getting to know the client first and mapping out each individual need. With a bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of California San Diego, Katie's career focus is on nourishing relationships and sales. Katie is personable, engaging, and approachable. Growing up her whole life in the greater Sacramento area, primarily Roseville, she is also knowledgeable, not only about the homes in the area, but aspects that make this area desirable to live in. When Katie is not at the office, she focuses on maintaining a healthy lifestyle through fitness, yoga, and nutrition. She has a big heart for the elderly and manages a board and care facility for Dementia and Alzheimer’s as well. She hosts a desire to make a difference in her community and assist others to help make their dreams come true with her contagious joy.
