In a supremely difficult and competitive housing environment, Katie took in two first-time home buyers and made us feel informed, safe and confident. She kept us up to date on listings, arranged early showings, made sure we knew where everything stood and gave us excellent insight into each home for what is good, what is bad and what can be fixed. And every time we needed something (a mortgage broker, an inspector, a lawyer, etc.) she had someone perfect for us.

She preached patience when we had time, and helped us step on the gas when our deadline approached. We ended up with more house and more yard than we expected, in our ideal school area, for less than our maximum budget. Doing that in the summer of 2021 is nothing short of a miracle. Buying a house after renting for 20-plus years should have been scary, but Katie made it fun.
