Katie Beane

Katie grew up in the Little 5 Points area of Atlanta, GA; however, her Asheville roots run deep. Her great-great-grandfather owned and operated a thriving parachute business in Asheville during WWII. She grew up visiting western North Carolina and longed to live in the mountains. In 1995 that dream was realized when she moved here full time to attend Warren Wilson College.

After graduating with a degree in education and a special focus on construction, Katie started investing in Asheville real estate. After many years of? flipping houses? Katie began combining her teaching skills and construction knowledge to teach people how to invest in real estate.
