Meet Katie, a proud Tennessee native with family roots that trace back to before the state was even founded. A graduate of both Alcoa High School and the University of Tennessee, Katie's deep understanding and love for her local community run as strong as her Volunteer spirit.
Katie is passionate about giving back. As a board member for multiple local non-profits, including the LeConte Realty Foundation, New Hope Blount County Child Advocacy Center, and Maryville Kiwanis, she's devoted to making a lasting, positive impact on those around her. With 5 professional designations—ABR, GREEN, GRI, RENE, and MRP—plus her broker license, she brings unmatched dedication and expertise to the table. She's also a proud alum of the Leadership Blount "Caffeinated Class" of 2023 and the 2023 LeadershipKAAR class, which cultivates leadership among East Tennessee REALTORS®. On top of that, she serves as the Property Manager for LeConte Realty Property Management.
When she’s not working, Katie loves traveling with her husband, Travis, and their lovable Rottweiler, Bogie. She’s also a talented home cook who enjoys sharing her culinary creations with family and friends. You'll often find her staying active—whether it's at CrossFit, Yoga, or cycling on her Peloton. Katie and Travis, her college sweetheart, are happily married and live life to the fullest, with Travis juggling his role as a dedicated UPS delivery driver.
