She loves working with and getting to know people. She prides herself on being a good listener and using this to better understand what her clients are looking for when buying or selling their home. She has grown up watching her father and his father before him in the world of commercial development and she loves the excitement of negotiating a deal! Katie’s husband is in commercial construction, so she has the knowledge to assist with all of your home improvements and repair questions. Katie also has 12+ years in traditional and digital marketing and she loves to take every opportunity to intermingle this experience in today’s ever changing real estate world.
