Katie Brown

Katie is a licensed agent in both Kansas and Missouri. She takes great pride in making sure every transaction goes smoothly for her clients. As a seasoned foster mom, she is very familiar with families that need something special in a home or have strict timelines. When buying her first home she realized what a need there is for agents who understand foster care and families with special circumstances, so she decided to do something about it. Katie has always been passionate about fostering and real estate so she has been thrilled to see those two passions come together to help people!

Katie is a KCK native but has lived in and sold homes all over the metro area and beyond. She is very knowledgeable about housing in the city and suburbs but really loves selling homes in the more rural communities!

When she is not out selling real estate, Katie is at home in Olathe with her husband and their 3 adorable boys. She loves reading, shopping, being outdoors, and spending time with her family.
