Katie Chancy

??Katie Chancy is the Broker in Charge at DAI Commercial Realty, where she has served for over 15 years. She oversees the day-to-day operations of DAI’s Property Management division and works with the DAI team to grow the company’s real estate portfolio. In addition, Katie is the lead commercial broker and leasing agent for various independent investors and clients. In this role, she ensures clients are kept current with trends in today’s market and handles all negotiations, contracts and related agreements. She has also been a CoStar Power Broker for multiple years, credited with handling the largest retail and office leasing transactions.

A Savannah native, Katie graduated from Mercer University in 2003 with a B.A. in Marketing. She began her professional career with the marketing department at Flag Bank in Atlanta before moving back to Savannah and working with First Chatham Bank.

Katie is heavily involved in various civic and community organizations. She is currently a board member of Realtor Commercial Alliance – Savannah and serves on the board of PACK – (People of Action Caring for Kids.) Katie previously served as the Chair of the SAFE Shelter for Domestic Violence board and was a member of the Hancock Day School Board of Trustees. Katie and her family are members of Skidaway Island Methodist Church, where they are actively involved in missions and youth ministry.
