For a little background, my husband is active duty military, so we are not new to the moving process. We have bought and sold, as well as rented with the assistance of multiple realtors in different states and territories. With all of that experience, I can honestly say that Katie is the best.

We contacted Katie based on a recommendation from a family friend while we were still stationed in Guam, preparing to relocate to the Hampton Roads area. It was scary; my family had been through a lot after COVID and Typhoon Mawar, so we wanted to give our kids more stability and safety after so much turmoil. We wanted to know that we already had housing secured in a great area before arriving.

Katie was extremely knowledgeable and open to the challenge of finding us a home. She took on different time zones, a litany of questions, and a very picky client (me) with ease. If she didn't have the answer on hand, she told us and found trustworthy resources who did.

I never felt like Katie was pressuring us to buy a specific home, or ever overlooked a potential problem. She took lengthy, detailed videos of each home, including the surrounding area. She was honest when she didn't think a home fit our needs, always considering what we wanted first.

Her team is amazing as well; we were impressed by the inspector and she provided us with as well as the multiple mortgage companies when we asked for assistance shopping around.

If you're in the market to buy a home, Katie will not steer you wrong. There is no way my family and I would have comfortably purchased a home 8,000+ miles away without her.
