Katie did a fantastic job preparing the client for their home purchase while also selling their single-family home that they lived in, in Ansonia. I chose Katie, due to her sterling reputation as very honest, trustworthy and effective real estate agent. She made working with her very seamless and a smooth process. Katie was very comprehensive in providing me with detailed market analysis to help position our home for the greatest return. She also did an outstanding job with negotiating between both Buyer and Seller so that everyone was happy with the outcome. On a scale of 1-10, I would rate her a 10+. Katie is so wonderful! As first time homebuyers, we were clueless about the process and she was very patient and helpful every step of the way. We were looking to relocate from NY, so she had longer days of viewings to fit in as many houses as possible each time. Katie is absolutely incredible! I initially reached out to her during the planning phase of a multi family remodel, looking for some information about local rentals. She was happy to help and assisted in pulling comps. After a few months, plans changed and I decided to sell the property and instantly reached back out to Katie to help with a market listing. She was communicative, helpful, and knowledgeable. She even helped put salt down at the property during a snowstorm when I couldn’t be there.
