Prior to becoming a Business and Commercial Real Estate Broker, Katie oversaw a large 60+ million-dollar corporation in the oil and gas industry, with offices throughout the United States.
Her areas of oversight and expertise are in sales and marketing, domestic and international negotiations, financial analysis, SWOT analysis within the organization, and banking relations. During her time overseeing the organization, they grew from $20 million to over $60 million per year. After retiring from the oil and gas industry in July 2021, Katie obtained her Real Estate Broker license in August.
Today, she specializes in Business and Commercial Brokering. She has received multiple awards over the last few years, including top listing, top leasing, and top producer in 2022 and 2023. With over 20 years of experience helping several companies achieve growth, Katie enjoys taking on new challenges and believes no task is too small, impossible, or cannot be improved upon.
