Katie Flesher

Introducing Katie Flesher, a native of Greenville, VA, where she proudly cheered for the Gladiators with the rallying cry of 'Go BIG RED!' Katie now calls Middlebrook, VA, home, where she resides with her two beautiful children, Autumn and Eli, along with a menagerie of fur and cow babies. Her family's passion lies in raising and showing cattle, and they actively participate in the local 4H community, as well as the American Angus Association and the American Chianina Association.

With a strong familial background deeply rooted in the building industry, Katie has spent the last 17 years dedicating herself to various aspects of construction. Currently serving as the Vice President of Operations and Finance at Pride Electric, LC, Katie brings a wealth of experience to her new endeavor in real estate.

In her view, each real estate transaction, whether buying or selling, represents an investment in one's financial future. Katie believes that making informed decisions not only brings peace of mind to families but also ensures long-term financial security, effectively turning a mere house into a cherished home.
