Katie Gnau

The catalyst to my Real Estate career was a whirlwind 6 months in 2014. During that time my husband and I (1) sold our Chicago condo, (2) sold his childhood home, and (3) bought a duplex to house our newly formed multigenerational family.

Through my experiences as a Seller and Buyer, I realized the importance of trust, honesty, mutual respect, and skilled professionalism. I now have the opportunity to live these values each workday.

Over the past decade I have consistently performed at the top of the market, I have Closed well over $100 million in real estate. My success in business has been fueled by referrals. My goal is always a positive experience for the Buyers and Sellers who choose to work with me.

My work energizes and inspires me; I focus much of my time on Real Estate. But, active involvement with my family and the community are also priorities.

When home I spend time reading, playing with our puppy and kittens, and I love an overly competitive family game night. I enjoy travel with my family, both near and far. I compete in both sweep and sculling boats with the Milwaukee Rowing Club Masters Program. I serve on the Shorewood Elder Services Advisory Board. And I seek opportunities to give back to my community and our public schools.
