Katie became family from the first time we met her. A professional with everything she did but still family. She went above and beyond finding houses for us to tour and gave recommendations when needed. We loved the interaction she gave and would recommend Katie over and over again.

Katie Grooms is a professional and exceptional real estate agent. My husband and I have bought and sold over a dozen houses in our life time. We have definite opinions about what we like and want in a home, and it goes without saying what we don't. In looking for a home we had the flexibility to look in a large area of the sate Katie was the 4th and last agent we worked with on this home search. She showed us homes in 9 different counties. We tried to be respectful of her time and tried to see at least three homes per trip and often then very next day from a previous trip. Any idea or thought we ran past her, she was ready to get started sorting out the logistics. As long as she stay's working in the Virginia Real Estate market and we stay in Virginia, she is our Real Estate Agent for life.

Katie Groomes is one the best realtors in culpeper. She really listens to your needs and finds the best homes to suit all of your wants and needs, while also fitting in your budget. I recently had the pleasure to have her represent me and my girlfriend and just closed on our brand new home on Novemeber 30th! If anyone is considering purchasing a home and is having a hard time finding a good realtor that will work hard for you or have questions about the process then look no further! I rarely do reviews so if I'm writing one that says a lot. Thanks again Katie for all of your hard work!

Katie was extremely helpful in helping my wife and I find a house. Very responsive to our many requests and was informative in the process. Would definitely use again, and highly recommend!
