Katie helped us sell our house recently, through the COVID pandemic. She was very attentive to what we wanted to accomplish from the sale, and very responsive, all hours of the day, whenever we needed her, she was available. She kept in close contact and kept us up to date on the steps of the process, came with us to closing. She did a heck of a job on the listing, and her suggestions for listing price we're dead on. We had a contract within 2 days of listing. I'm constantly referring her to friends who are buying and selling. Can't praise her enough. Thanks so much Katie!
