Katie Hughes is the most amazing realtor EVER! We were out of state buyers looking to purchase our first home last summer. We were nervous about the process, but Katie answered all our questions (even late at night and early in the morning). We were in town briefly for a job interview when she showed us a few houses very last minute on a Sunday. Her wisdom and guidance along the way got us our dream home in a crazy market. She is friendly, personable, professional, and an incredible realtor. She loves people and is with them every step of the way of the home-buying process. Katie goes the extra mile in everything- she even sent flowers on my birthday and gave us a teether toy for my newborn baby when we moved in. If we ever move, she will be the one to sell our house! If you have any home buying or selling needs, she is the obvious choice!!

Katie Hughes is the best realtor anyone could ask for! She is very good at listening to your wants and meeting those while also showing you things you never thought of needing. She is so sweet and personable while still being very professional. Katie is extremely knowledgeable about the Hardin County area. I never felt that she was simply trying to close the sale or pressure me into purchasing my home, but that she was genuinely helping me look for the right house!

We were given the wonderful Katie Hughes’ name to help us find the perfect home, while we still lived out of state, 7 hours away. Katie listened to us on what we were wanting in a home. We found the perfect property, and Katie worked diligently to make it happen. Setting up virtual walkthroughs, helping find the right bank and mortgage company and even helped with finding me a place to rent for a two months so I could start my job before we could get moved into the house. This is your realtor. She is amazing! Katie worked tirelessly to get our property issues resolved and get this deal closed. So fast too. As out of state buyers, Katie was instrumental in finding us a property in this challenging market. Her knowledge of the Tennessee real estate market made us confident in her ability to find us our property. She took the time in the beginning to understand what we wanted, was very diligent about presenting properties that met our needs, and advised us accordingly on properties that we saw online. She was in constant contact with us, responded quickly to questions and follow-ups, and even conducted numerous live video tours of potential properties. She kept a positive attitude even when we experienced setbacks that were out of her or our control. We can not recommend her highly enough! Katie Hughes was our agent and helped us find the house we wanted in Tennessee, she went above and beyond when we were house hunting and once we found it she did everything she could all while we were back in ca. It was a challenge for sure but she handled it and always answered any questions I had. Where do I Start, Katie Hughes has got to be hands down the most amazing realtor I have ever had the pleasure of working with, highly professional, as well as personable. Two days after we spoke she was at the property, she took such amazing photos, and the listing was excellent posted , and in one week we had our offer. We had previously listed our hard to sell property (average, house, out buildings, not near a large town) with 3 other agents over 2 1/2 years Which resulted in limited showings.
