Katie Hutchins

As a Michigan native, and a seasoned realtor, Katie recognizes and values the trust her clients place in her and strives every day to exceed their expectations. Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest decisions someone makes during their lifetime and Katie does not take this lightly. She has received awards for agent of the month.

Prior to real estate, Katie developed a strong background in Marketing with a B.A. from Grand Valley State University. These experiences have paired well with her real estate career. Outside of real estate, she takes pride in giving back to the community and participates in one of her passions, the Greater Flint Dog Outreach Rescue.
