Since starting her real estate career in 2014, Katie has consistently ranked in the top 5-10% of agents in Marin County. Katie follows the market daily to keep up on trends and property values. She networks with other top agents to learn about off-market property opportunities for her buyers. Katie’s previous professional career included 20+ years in banking, marketing and project management. These skills have helped her become a top-notch negotiator and allowed her to prevail for her clients in both purchases and sales. Katie is a member of Top Agent Network and the Marin County Realtors Only Network.

Katie’s mantra is to listen more and talk less. She does not have assistants, so when clients will always get her on the phone. Katie personally oversees all the details of a purchase or a sale. She prefers to be very hands-on and walk her clients through all the aspects of a real estate transaction in order to set realistic expectations. For Katie, the most important values throughout a sale or purchase are transparency, honesty, and integrity. She lives her life by these principles, and they have served her well.

Katie is highly skilled at preparing homes for sale. This talent often results in her sellers receiving a premium price for their home. Katie has a team of painters, handymen, landscapers, and estate sale consignors that are on-call. She works together closely with them to ensure a property looks its best before going on the market.

Katie is a Bay Area native having grown up in Orinda, graduated from UC Berkeley, and living in San Francisco for 18 years. Her commitment to service allows her to know and understand the communities where her clients live and where she works. Katie has served in leadership positions or volunteered at the Marin Art and Garden Center, the San Francisco Opera Guild, Marin Chapter of the National Charity League, Ross Valley Women’s League, the Lark Theatre, and St. Johns Church in Ross.

Katie and her husband Claude have lived in Kentfield for 23 years, where they raised and educated their twin daughters. They take pride in being active members of the Marin community. Katie’s goal is to provide the highest level of service to her clients and looks forward to working with you!
