Growing up within a family involved in real estate, Katie comes to Ocean's Edge Real Estate with a layered understanding of the market and a true passion for it. Having lived in the seacoast area for over a decade and traveled frequently throughout the state and New England region, she has a firm understanding of local regions and a unique perspective for individuals who may be relocating to or moving from neighboring states.

Katie received a Bachelor’s degree from the University of New Hampshire, where she majored in both Marketing and Finance and worked in off-campus housing during her time there. With years of professional experience in analytics after completing higher education, she has a broad skill set that proves valuable to all clients.

Katie has experience in residential as well as rental property and is eager to assist in your journey - be it buying, selling, renting, or investing.
