About Katie

For Katie Moe, real estate is about connection. For nearly two decades, she has served her East Bay clients with integrity and compassion, humbled and honored to be their advisor during the biggest investment of their lives. Her business is mostly composed of repeat clients and referrals, owing to her proven record and the personal connection she makes with every client.

Katie, a California native, grew up in a real estate family. After she graduated from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and studied in London, she had a successful marketing career in Boston and served clients such as Yahoo, Sony, and Charles Schwab in San Francisco. In 2005, she started her real estate career with a toolkit full of strong communication skills, savvy marketing strategies, project management experience, and top-tier leadership abilities. With her skill set and in-depth knowledge of the East Bay, Katie gets her clients an advantage in the competitive Bay Area market.

In 2020, when the world changed, so did Katie. She started asking herself how she could serve people better, make a difference, and help strengthen her community. This led her to launch Connect California Homes in 2022, which she designed to foster deeper, more meaningful relationships with clients, agents, and the community. Like Katie, every agent at Connect California Homes has a service-focused mindset and believes in the principles of authenticity, humility, and advocacy.

Katie builds meaningful relationships wherever she goes and gives back to her community whenever she can. She is on the board for RAGE Girls Soccer Club, a founder of TOPSoccer, a volunteer with Hively, and she runs an annual coat drive, which has collected as many as five hundred coats! Katie loves to spend time with her three daughters and husband. Together, they happily raise chickens and enjoy their two goldador pups. They can frequently be found at the soccer field, volleyball gym, or near any body of water.
