My name is Katie Morgan and I am a Realtor® for the local Triangle area. I'm proud to have grown up right here in Western Wake County, residing in Cary, Raleigh, Morrisville and now Holly Springs. I have watched the incredible change and growth this area has experienced during the past few decades and have developed a deep love for this beautiful state I call home.
I earned my bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and had the pleasure of teaching kindergarten for the Wake County Public School System. I have spent the last several years assisting my husband working as small business owners within the community and raising our two children. I currently serve on the board for the West Wake Young Men's Service League and am a member of the National Charity League, Carolina Lily Chapter, serving at numerous local philanthropies with both my son and daughter.
I have always had a love for house hunting and a knack for interior design. My interest in homes and real property, paired with a driven nature and inclination to help others, led me down the path toward a career in real estate where my strengths could be best put to use.
I understand and appreciate how personal the process of buying and selling a home can be and am instinctively attuned to the varying wants, needs, style, motivation and vision of my clients.
