Katie Phelps

A graduate of Purdue University, Katie worked for 8 years as an educator after college. She then transitioned into the booming real estate world becoming a licensed Florida Realtor in 2016. Katie started Phelps Realty Group in December of 2018 as an experienced negotiator and consultant in real estate transactions. Katie has a passion for helping people who are seeking to buy or sell real estate. After only one year in the industry, Katie was recognized by her peers and awarded the Pinellas Realtor Organization “Good Neighbor” Award for her work helping people outside of the real estate business. Katie has a strong network of business professionals in Florida that she collaborates with to facilitate seamless and successful transactions for her customers. Katie is dedicated to understanding your needs and delivering exceptional service. When Katie is not working, she enjoys boating and fishing with her husband and two kids.

Katie will be selling residential real estate, working with buyers and sellers in the Tampa Bay Area.
