Katie went above and beyond to help us sell our house. Her knowledge and experience was evident whenever we had questions or concerns. It had been many years since buying our home and had never experienced selling one. The technologies alone would have discouraged us, but Katie helped us along the way. My husband and I were looking for our first home and hating the whole process. Then we switched realtors and met Katie. She helped us feel like finding a home would be possible, while being realistic about our budget and the time it can take to find the right place. She helped us explore all possible options, even ones that might have us leave her, while continuing to hunt for a home for us. I was pregnant during our search, and an emotional mess, but Katie helped me keep peace of mind by keeping us informed about every step of the process, providing her honest opinion when asked, and communicating often. She would always respond to messages within an hour, and scheduled showings as quickly as possible. We felt as though she truly listened to our needs and cared about our family. If it's ever time to sell and hunt for another home, she'll be the first person we call.

Katie went above and beyond for us! We kept flip flopping on houses and what we wanted and she was very patient. The house we ended up with she actually recommended and we turned her down at first. She’s always available via text and able to fit us in either that day or the next. We were first time home buyers and had a horrible lender . She kindly told us it’s going to be hard to get a house with a lender like that (we learned from our first house we lost the bid). Our current lender is one she recommended! Katie always had our offers written and done by the time we got home from viewing the house. Katie is highly transparent and that’s what I love about her. She’s definitely someone to find your next house.
