She was prompt and thorough with communication and consistently came through to make sure our process as first time home buyers went smoothly - the house we chose needed multiple updates before sale and she went above and beyond to keep work on schedule. I traveled to Oregon to continue my search for a home and over the course of 12 months I've met and worked with 6 different agents throughout the state. While they were all very nice that's where it ended.
My most recent visit brought me to Oregon City. Not knowing one agent/broker from another I thought I'd just read some reviews and then pick one. My search began and ended with Katie Ross with Rainbow Realty. She is ALL anyone could ever hope for in an agent. Within the first 20 minutes of speaking with her she had offered me more pertinent information than any other agent had. Katie is not only professional, intelligent. knowledgeable and savvy but she's kind. I no longer feel like I'm treading water in the middle of the ocean.

When we meet the clients at the house that’s being inspected, Katie talks with the clients with professionalism and knowledge about the buying process and the next stages for closing on the house. I always enjoy working with Katie and seeing how happy and comfortable the clients are.

Katie was the best! Both times I worked with her she really listened to what I wanted in a new home and helped me find it. The personalized web page she created for me helped me keep what I could actually afford front and center, and revealed important information about the true cost of different properties. When we visited homes for sale she had useful information to share about the quality of different repairs that had been done, and what to be aware of if I purchased the place. I would work with her again in a heart beat!

Katie is amazing!! She listens to and values her clients' needs, goals and dreams and is incredibly experienced with the ins and outs of the realty and mortgage industries. She is strongly suited in finance and was able to help me save so much money along the way. When we found my new home she wrote a super strong offer that was accepted within 1 day! Not only did Katie help us sell our first home, she helped us build our next home. After a great sales process in which we planned our decisions, strategies, and offers, Katie helped us with a difficult process of building a home from a developer. I’m sure it was a lot of work on her part as the developer wasn’t always the most responsive to requests for information, upgrades, and timelines. Katie held their feet to the fire, walked us through what became an emotional roller coaster at times. Communication was superb, constant, and focused. Katie was truly the right person for the job and helped channel my OCD into actionable research that paid dividends for us in our new home.
