A metro Atlanta native, Katie Schanck is celebrating 20 years in the real estate business as of 2021. Over her 2 decades as a realtor, she has harnessed her love of working with people, honed her negotiating skills, and created a successful system for marketing her listings into a roadmap for success, which has consistently landed her in the Top 5 Realtors at the Keller Williams Atlanta Midtown office for the past 15 years. She is an expert at helping clients both buy and sell in Atlanta’s Intown neighborhoods, with a specialty in condos, lofts, and townhome communities in many popular neighborhoods such as Virginia Highland, Brookhaven, Candler Park, Inman Park, Howell Station and Buckhead, to name a few. When she isn’t showing her clients all that Intown has to offer, she enjoys teaching and mentoring other realtors at the KW Midtown office, as well as mentoring for the Big Brother, Big Sister organization. As a 16-year resident of the Midtown area, she is very active in the West Midtown business community, serving on the board of the Blandtown Neighborhood Association, as a member of the Midtown Business Alliance, and as a past member of the Atlanta Beltline Association. Always by her side are Professor Puddin and Peaches, her beloved rescue pugs, who inspire her volunteer work with various Atlanta pet rescue organizations.
