Katie Twyman

Katie specializes in residential sales and her clients include first-time buyers, renters, seasoned sellers, and investors. Prior to her career in real estate, Katie led a talent acquisition team at Slalom, a rapidly growing consulting firm. This professional experience was the perfect segue into real estate, as it set her up to confidently guide and advise clients through some of their most important decisions. She is known for her customer-centric approach, calming demeanor, and drive to create success for her clients.

Katie was born on the North Shore and has lived in several Chicago neighborhoods. She and her husband have made Logan Square home since 2018. In her spare time, she loves checking out new restaurants, running on the lake, and volunteering with the Big Shoulders Fund in Chicago. Katie will work diligently with you to accomplish your real estate goals, whether you are a first-time homebuyer or a seasoned homeowner.
