About Katina

The founder, Katina Mickens, has closed more than 1 billion in commercial and residential sales. She has received many awards for top sales and top listing volume. Katina truly lives up to her name. She has had an entrepreneurial spirit since the age of 15.

In 2003, she flipped her first investment property and made a profit of approximately ten times her initial investment. Katina knew this was a part of her life's mission. After several years of flipping properties, she obtained her license in the real estate industry.

Katina is knowledgeable in all aspects of the real estate process. She has more than 15 years of rehab and development experience, five years in mortgage and banking, and five years in real estate sales. She continues to build her portfolio and legacy.

Because of her vast knowledge, many people have sought advice from her about the real estate business. Her passion for sharing her expertise comes from her desire to help her clients grow their financial independence. This led Katina to open her real estate school, Katina Prevails Real Estate University.
