Katlin Davis

Prior to real estate, I was immersed in the world of education teaching kindergarten and first grade for 4 years. My Bachelor’s in Education has provided me with valuable skills that allow me to effectively communicate and educate my buyers and sellers. With my experience in education, I am dedicated to building relationships with customers and being a person you can count on, whether it’s taking the best care of your children or selling you a home. Throughout my years of teaching, I have become well connected and actively involved in the community.

I decided to make the most of the down time in 2019 and pursue my passion to work in real estate as it has been a goal of mine since college. I pride myself in listening to a person’s needs and delivering them the best opportunities that match those needs. I am dedicated to helping my customers navigate the challenges and learning curves that come with buying or selling their home.
