Katie was great to work with! After looking at our investment property she suggested we stage our house. It was a great idea! She hired a photographer-the house and photos were amazing!! It made for a quick sale! The buyers title company wasn’t on their “A” Game but Katie was always on hers! She was on top of everything and we made it to the finish line! We also appreciated that she was quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely recommend Katie Cairns when buying or selling a home!

We loved working with Katie! She came highly recommended by people in the area so we contacted her and had a great chat over the phone. She really knew the neighborhoods we were interested in and clearly had connections to find out about houses coming before they hit the market.

We first called Katie on a Monday afternoon, met her that night to tour a house and again the following morning to see it in daylight. She helped us put in an offer on Tuesday and we were accepted later that night! From that point things moved quickly, and as a first-time home buyer it was a little overwhelming, but Katie was so reassuring and by our side through the whole process. She was quick to respond to questions, and always a great resource when we needed a vendor recommendation.

While we didn't know Katie for long before finding our home she's the kind of person you feel you've known your whole life, and she was so easy to work with. It was such a comfort to know she was on our team and working on our behalf every step of the way!
