For starters, she sells homes in Philadelphia, and what's more Philly than Rocky? But more than that, she finds Rocky’s philosophy incredibly uplifting. This character’s wisdom tells them, "It ain't about how hard you hit, it's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward," and "Going in one more round when you don't think you can. She also came from the same socioeconomic background as Rocky, so she truly understands the desire to fight for more. This firsthand experience drew her to the real estate industry. She loves helping clients make investments in their future, either by buying a home for their own use or purchasing an investment property. Over the years, she’s helped many families build their real estate portfolios and rent their investments at excellent prices.
She grew up in the city and is proud to still be a resident of the 215. She’s seen firsthand how neighborhoods change, from the Center City skyline to each individual neighborhood. Because of this local knowledge and intuition, she’s been able to help local and out-of-town buyers invest in neighborhoods that have almost doubled in value. She’s stayed in touch with most of her out-of-town clients, and they tell her how they've come to love Philly as much as she does.

In 2004, she worked as an assistant for a top Realtor in Rittenhouse Square while she was obtaining her real estate license from Temple University. Patty Hogan was a great mentor — graceful and someone who was respected by all who knew her. From there she went out to sell on her own, and she just loves that no two days are ever the same.
