Katy was not only exceptionally professional and competent, it is quickly apparent that she genuinely enjoys what she does for a living, and helping her clients find the home that truly suites their needs and feels right. When we first began the house hunting process, we had some general ideas of our locations, desired amenities, and deal breakers, but Katy was the one who helped us realize where our priorities lay, simply by listening to our feedback and conversation throughout our initial couple walkthroughs. Within two weeks of starting our search, Katy found the place we are incredibly happy to call home. Cannot recommend her more highly. Great agent and great person!

Katy should be listed as the best realtor! She helped my daughter and I find the perfect townhome in West Seattle. I never imagined working with someone as great as Katy for purchasing my first home. Katy was supportive of my wants, needs, timeline, schedule, and just about everything. She was always available when needed and I swear even responsive to texts or emails before I had finished them. I’m so happy with the townhome we found together and how I felt I had to do almost nothing to make everything happen so it could be my first home. Katy made our first time home buying experience incredible. I appreciated the fact that I didn’t feel like she was trying to sell us and if anything she talked us out of putting an offer in on a house that we didn’t love. We closed on our first home this year thanks to Katy’s guidance, support and savvy. Our list of wants was somewhat extensive, though we were open on a few key items. Katy’s positivity, flexibility, and proactive approach put us in a position to find, tour, and put an accepted offer together that met ALL of our parameters (even the ones we were more open to sacrificing)!
