Katy helped my wife and I in our recent property search in the Venice, Manasota, Englewood and Placida areas. We are relocating from the Northeast and this was our first trip to SW Florida as we search for our new home. I can’t speak highly enough about Katy. She was such a professional and a pleasure to work with. Katy spent an entire day in the car with us as we drove around looking at homes and land. She told us all about the different towns, their pros and cons, the lifestyle there and the real estate market. We learned more in one day with Katy than we could possibly have in weeks of research. She was so patient, thorough and thoughtful, truly seeking the right fit for us rather than focusing on a sale. By the end of the day she felt like a friend. While hunting for our dream home in Venice Florida we were so fortunate to have been introduced to Kati Dilmore! From our first introduction to our closing on settlement day, Kati fulfilled each of our requirements . Even though I had several “must” haves Kati actually came up with several homes for us to view . This was the most uncomplicated, smooth and actually enjoyable home purchase!
