Katya Sljusar

Born and raised in Estonia, (former republic of Soviet Union) Katya moved to the United States at the age of twenty-two and became a proud US citizen a few years later. After a very fulfilling 15-year hotel management career at several different properties in Tampa, with her last positions being Hotel General Manager and Corporate Director of Sales, Katya decided to follow her long-time passion for real estate.

Katya fell in love with Tampa and its great mix of culture, arts, entertainment, sports, and attractions. She has personally purchased two homes since making Tampa her home. She realized that she knew very little about the complex process of home buying even though she was making what may ultimately be the biggest purchases of her life.

It was during this time that she decided to become educated about real estate investing and took it even further by becoming a Licensed FL Realtor. Katya joined the exceptional team at CENTURY 21 Beggins Enterprises led by Real Estate Broker Craig Beggins. Sharing Craig's passion about doing things the right way from the start, Katya is very excited to achieve her goal in making the buying and/or selling process for her clients as seamless, enjoyable, and effortless as possible.
