My husband and I worked with Katya Ulmer to find our first house. We were looking for a classic craftsman bungalow and found the perfect home to settle into. Katya was knowledgable, warm, and has a great sense of humor. She was communicative and available to quickly answer any questions we had during the process and helped us negotiate through some questions for the owners. We were lucky to work with such a talented real estate agent and highly recommend her!

Katya is fantastic!!! We had to sell my mom’s house after she passed. It was a difficult and emotional time for us. Then it was amplified a thousand times by the global pandemic.
I had never sold a house before and I know that I asked a bunch of silly questions. Katya was always patient and positive. She kicked butt, got it done and got us more than we were originally asking.
I can’t thank her enough. If you need a realtor i highly recommend Katya Ulmer!
