Kaushik went above and beyond to help sell our home. Some of my neighbors had trouble selling their homes recently. Kaushik took all factors into account and helped us strategically time and price our home. His instinct and knowledge of the market is spot on, not to mention the digital marketing services he provides gets listings out there. He worked with us every step of the way, always providing excellent communication and sound judgment. I would definitely recommend working with Kaushik when selling or buying a home.

Kaush was fantastic working with me. I am a realtor in another state part time and did not want to get licensed in DC but needed an expert negotiator to get this deal done. He absolutely crushed it on my behalf, got into a competitive property using strategies he suggested which would not have been possible otherwise. Bottom line up front: Kaush is the best realtor my wife and I have ever worked with. In addition to using him for two purchases ourselves, we have referred him to friends and family for five other home purchases and one sale.

The home buying process can be stressful, and having the right realtor by yourself side makes all the difference. I can’t express enough my appreciation for Kaushik as a realtor and a person. If you need a realtor in the DMV, we recommend Kaushik to everyone. He is extremely knowledgable and understands the real estate market, which was crucial in our decision-making process. Kaushik is a consummate professional -- punctual, patient, strategic -- thoughtfully taking into account our needs and preferences in choosing a home.
